DelBianco cries that when the US Federal Legislature finally passes some symbolence of the Streamlined Sales Tax Initiative, online merchants will be through into chaos. Chaos caused by now having to deal with multiple states, cities, and counties wanting sales tax collected for products delivered to their citizenry.
